Shipping policy

All products are delivered using our in-house delivery system or with certified third party delivery companies. We do this to ensure our products make it to your door in the same condition they left our store. 

Should you receive any goods that are thawed out or don't look right, we will refund any payments made and a store credit up to the value of your orignal order can be given for the inconvenience.

Should you choose to use your own third party delivery or pick up any orders yourselves, Krumble will no longer be liable for any changes in product taste and appearance as a result of transit.
