Frequently Ask Questions

1. How long does the bread last in the freezer?

Our breads will last up to 6 months in your freezer.  Keeping them in a sealed container helps preserve their shelf life as circulating air in a freezer can dry out our bread.

2. How long will my bread last once baked?

Traditionally, bread is suppose to be eaten on the same day it’s baked! By using our partially baked products, you’ll be able to bake fresh whenever you want.

However, once baked, our pastries will stay fresh for 6-8 hours. They’re still edible for 3-4 days after baking, but you won’t get the same flakiness as when they’re fresh out the oven.

Keeping them in an ambient temperature, sealed container helps preserve the after-bake texture.

3. Can I use a toaster oven?

Yes, you can! However, because toaster ovens are smaller, there’s a tendency for some sides of the bread to bake quicker—the side that’s closer to the heating element. You can address this by turning your baking tray around to bake the side that was previously further away from the heating element.

Also, because toaster ovens are smaller and the bread much closer to the heating element, we suggest lowering your temperature by 5°-10° C and extending the baking time by 5 minutes. This allows the inside of the bread to fully bake without burning the crust.

Finally, we also suggest using a spray bottle with mineral water. Before you place your baking tray into the oven, spray the dough with some water. This helps your bread rise and gives you a flakier crust. It also slows down the crust from being burnt while allowing the inside of the bread to rise properly.

4. Can I use an Air Fryer

The answer is also Yes! We've done testing ourselves with our Air Fryer and have gotten positive feedback from our customers. However, we're not quite sure what the settings would have to be on your device so some trial an error is necessary.

5. How do I pay?

For retail orders, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Gcash & Paypal. All orders must be paid before delivery.

For wholesale and business orders, please contact our business department at orders@krumble.ph for terms.

6. For retail orders, can I order using Lalamove or Grab?

Unfortunately, all our partially baked products need to be delivered frozen. Because of this,  Krumble uses its own delivery team to ensure our products reach you in good condition.

Our delivery cutoff for same day delivery within Metro Cebu is 11:00 AM. All orders placed after are for next day delivery.

7. Where do you deliver?

For retail orders, we only deliver to Cebu City, Mandaue, Lapu Lapu City, Talisay & Consolacion.

8. I don't have an oven. Do you only deliver frozen products?

We currently only deliver frozen products. Our products do not come baked.

Stay tuned for when we launch our fully baked product line. Sign up to our mailing list and be notified for our launch.

9. What are your best sellers?

Our Buttery Mini Croissants have been a staple for most of our customers. We also suggest trying our Mini Chocolate Rolls and Mini Cinnamon Whirls.

If you still can’t decide, we suggest trying our Garden Pack for all of our fruit danishes (Strawberry, Blueberry, Apple, Pineapple & Kiwi) and our Cafe Pack for our sweet danishes (Chocolate, Mocha, Cinnamon, Vanilla Chocolate & Custard) and find out which is your favourite.

10. I'm interested in Krumble for my business, but I live outside Metro Cebu. Can I still place an order?

Krumble can help facilitate shipment of our frozen products to locations outside of Metro Cebu. However, delivery is dependant on shipping routes and shipping times.

All additional expenses—freight, styrofoam boxes, ice, etc…—are to be charged to the customer.
