Helpful Tips Test

Tip: 1

When baking pastries, it’s suggested to use steam. This will give your bread a nice, flaky crust. If your oven doesn’t have a Steam Function, use a spray bottle and generously spray your bread before placing it in the oven.

Tip: 2

Use parchment paper or a silicon mat when baking. It makes removing the bread off the tray a lot easier.

Tip: 3

Allowing your bread to thaw before baking helps reactivate the yeast, giving your bread a good rise in the oven.

Tip: 4

When baking large and small pastries at the same time, leave the larger pastries in the oven for a few minutes longer as larger pastries need a little more time to bake.

Tip: 5

For a darker, browner color on your bread, apply a thin layer of Egg Wash before you bake. Eggwash is 1 tablespoon of milk or water and one whole egg. Scramble the mix in a bowl and apply with a basting brush.
